Newport Coast (Newport Beach, CA)
Newpot Beach California - Photograph by Robert Swetz 3-4-2011   It's very interesting how the sun can create such a drastic change in color, contrast, effect and the over all capture of a photograph. Here are two totally different photos from Newport Beach in California, the top photo is looking South and the photo below is looking West towards the sun. Both of these photos were taken from the same spot, I only turned to a different direction of the sun and this is the outcome.    Newport Beach California - Photograph taken by Robert Swetz 3-4-2011   City of Newport Beach : Home What's Cooking at the Library features top Newport Beach chef. Generally, you will need at least 3 percent equity in your home to refinance. If you do not have three percent, refinancing may not be an option for you. It's not as easy as you think. Most people's applications will not be approved. The economy is in a state of turmoil and this trickles down and a...

Why don't the Big 3 car companies ask for a bail out from the oil companies? They will both benefit. The car companies will continue to make gas guzzlers and the oil companies will have lots of clients. Why not take the next stimulus package and instead of giving the money to banks, insurance companies and other places that would not make a bit of difference, give every tax payer that filed taxes in '07 a $25,000.00 check. This would cost far less than the new 500 billion that Congress is proposing again. We will be able to infuse this money back into the economy by buying all kinds of things like homes, cars, TVs, all kinds of consumer goods and this would really stimulate the economy. As for those that will save the money, it will be good for the banks as well. They will be increasing...
