What Is a Home Inspection?A home inspection is neither an insurance policy nor a comprehensive analysis of every flawed feature in a home. Unlike buying a car, prospective homebuyers cannot request a CarFax history report. Instead, they must rely on personal inspection, the seller’s disclosure, and a home inspection. A home inspection only provides buyers with visual observations of the home and its accessible features. If rot or black mold exists beneath the drywall, your home inspection report will not address these matters as they're not visible to the inspector. However, if there are indications of black mold, a home inspector would customarily notate its possibility based entirely on circumspection.  It is also worth noting that the level of training and certification required to b...

Yes there is such a thing, and we have one.  When I was shopping for a refrigerator for our lanai I learned about garage ready refrigerators which are designed to operate efficiently at higher ambient temperatures.  Before I go too far our lanai is 22’ wide under roof and the refrigerator is located against the wall of the house so about 19’ plus feet from the screen, it is not waterproof.  What attracted me to the garage refrigerators was they are designed to operate in temperatures up to 110ºF.Garage refrigerators have extra insulation, so they operate more efficiently at the temperatures we see on lanais and garages.  I like size it is 15.6 cubic feet with dimensions of 67” high and only 28” deep so it fits nicely next to a standard countertop.  We have ours well stocked with supplie...
