I would never work with anyone else." Nina Hollander with Coldwell Banker Realty in Charlotte, North Carolina is pleased to share this 5-Star Review from special clients whose home was recently sold by Nina. These clients built the home with Nina some 14 years ago and when it was time to sell, they turned to Nina to help them sell the home.           What would you say if someone asked you to define healing? The degree to which wholeness permeates your mind, body, and spirit will absolutely affect how you heal. When one part is struggling....one part is sick or damaged...it makes sense that we would encounter a slower healing process. In I Corinthians 12:26 God's word says, "If one part suffers, every part suffers with it." Our relationship to Almighty God will experience the journey toward healing that each of us will face at some point in life. Come along with Dr. Paula in discovering what our Father God has to say about what we are to do when we are in need of healing. Having experienced multiple health battles, brutal surgeries, and long periods of recovery, Dr. Paula shares how her dependence on God carried her throug...

Even with a full day of work ahead in beginning fall / winter preparations I could not help but appreciate the beauty of the North Idaho Fall Colors that are beginning to show.  The sun shining just right on the leaves behind one of our watchers seemed to create a back drop of gold.  The contrast of the deep blue, dark green against the vibrant yellows begged of one to take an extra moment to appreciate the simple beauty.  And I did. Interested in being able to enjoy this kind of beauty year round with 4 seasons?  Contact me. 'Experience the Difference' in working with a full time professional REALTOR®.  Your wants and needs will always be my priorities.   Mark Don McInnesBroker - REALTOR®208 255-6227SandpointNorthIdaho.com - North Idaho Home & Land Searches Sandpoint Realty LLC1205 Hig...

Got your kids on payroll yet? When you hire your under-age-18 child, you shift taxable income from you to your child. Why does hiring family members matter? Because if you're single with taxable income of $40,526 or higher - or married with $81,050 or higher - you're in the 22% (or higher!) federal tax bracket. At the same time, your child is in the 0% tax bracket on the first $12,550 they earn. Think of it this way: $12,550 deduction for you, and no taxable income for your child. Tax strategists call this a "shifting strategy": you shift income downstream from your higher bracket to another family member's zero bracket. If you're in the 22% tax bracket, you're saving $220 in tax for every $1,000 your income you shift into your child's 'paycheck'. Wait, it gets better. If your child ear...

This Week...Falling for FallThere’s something about this time of year that energizes us in a way that an approaching Spring doesn’t.  Fall signals not just cooler weather but it says “On your mark, get ready....the holiday season is almost here!” Winter is an etching, spring a watercolor, summer an oil painting and autumn a mosaic of them all. Stanley HorowitzThe leaves don’t morph into the vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows as they do up north. But once in a while, Mother Nature sneaks in a tree that shares those magnificent colors with us. I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.  L. M. MontgomeryPumpkins are everywhere I look and there are huge bags of Reese’s, M&M’s, Snickers, and every other candy known to mankind laying in wait as soon as you enter a store. The tree...

Pictured above is the small and beautiful Pence winery.  We stopped there on our way home this past Wednesday, to purchase a couple of bottles of Pinot Noir that friends had recommended.   Note the grapes are on the hill above the roof line.  These are Syrah grapes.  Behind the hills are more grapes...Next to the winery was this field of corn and pumpkins.  We were told  that they grow them to decorate the entry way to the vineyard...Nothing like being self sustaining!Wishing Everyone an Abundance of Saturday Smiles and a great weekend!Cheers, Ron & Alexandra
