Granbury, Texas is well-known for its fantastic 4th of July Celebration. Our Chamber does a fantastic job organizing and coordinating all of the wonderful activities. If you live within driving distance, this is a weekend to consider heading out to this cute, little, historic town.Grab a room at the historic N on the Square where you can watch the parade right from the balcony! And, you won't need your car for the entire weekend as you can simply eat at the fabulous restaurants nestled all over the Square. Shopping is abundant within a few steps and wine bars abound. Come on out to Granbury for a wonderful, old-fashion 4th of July celebration.
It is that time of year when thousands of folks will descend upon our little town of Granbury, Texas. Our historic Square is transformed with wine vendors, musicians, and artisans of all types. It is truly one of the most anticipated events we have all year long.The Granbury Wine Walk is a great way to get out and explore our history, shopping on the Square, our restaurants, and hear some excellent live music. We had an exciting week here in little ole Granbury, TX. The fan-favorite TV Series, Yellowstone, descended upon our town this week. The show is preparing a Prequel called 1883. Our tiny town Square welcomed the film crews and the actors as streets were closed to accommodate the filming.My real estate office, Beam & Branch Realty was just a few doors down from the excitement and we all had fun watching the drama unfold. The immense amount of work that goes into the preparation of the site was really interesting to watch. Those on the film crew worked tirelessly from sun up to sundown.There were many sightings of Sam Elliott and he was kind to wave back at the growing crowd who braved the 100-degree heat to watch.
