Crismark Neighborhood In Indian Trail Real Estate Report 2024 + Neighborhood Spotlight Crismark home sales in 2024 remained steady, with the average sale price unchanged year-over-year at $588,000. The median sale price, however, rose by 6% to $612,000, while the average price per square foot increased 5% to $201. A total of 22 homes were sold in Crismark during the year, marking a 15% decline compared to 2023. Given that the neighborhood consists of approximately 900 homes, this number represents a very small fraction of overall inventory. The average days on market climbed 52% year-over-year to 35 days.
