May 2025 Indian Trail, NC Housing MarketPrices, Sales, Inventory, Days on Market Trends In May 2025, the average home sale price in Indian Trail was $518,310, reflecting a 15.06% improvement over April and a 15.36% increase over May 2024.  The median sale price also increased to $475,000, up 10.92% from April and up 9.41% over May 2024. Both median and average home sale prices were at their highest levels compared with May 2024 and 2023. Indian Trail Housing Market Report April 2025Market Trends For Home Prices, Sales, Inventory, Days on Market In April In April 2025, the average home sale price in Indian Trail was $449,717, reflecting a 5.85% decline from March and a 2.17% decrease compared with April 2024. This marked the lowest average sale price for the month of April over the past three years. The median sale price also dropped to $427,500, down 3.93% from March and was 4.94% lower than in April 2024, reaching its lowest level in recent Aprils, as well. February 2025 Indian Trail Housing Report:Prices, Sales, Inventory Trends Indian Trail (28079 zip code) real estate in February 2025 saw both median and average home sales prices rise month-over-month and year-over-year. The median home sale price reached its highest level when measured against February 2024 and 2023. Crismark Neighborhood In Indian Trail Real Estate Report 2024 + Neighborhood Spotlight Crismark home sales in 2024 remained steady, with the average sale price unchanged year-over-year at $588,000. The median sale price, however, rose by 6% to $612,000, while the average price per square foot increased 5% to $201. A total of 22 homes were sold in Crismark during the year, marking a 15% decline compared to 2023. Given that the neighborhood consists of approximately 900 homes, this number represents a very small fraction of overall inventory. The average days on market climbed 52% year-over-year to 35 days. Crismark In Greater Charlotte's Indian Trail, NCReal Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 - 2023 Crismark home sales in Quarter 3-2023 saw the average sale price remain flat year-over-year. Quarter-over-quarter, average home prices increased significantly and were at their highest level compared with the first two quarters of 2023. Median home sale price declined compared with the same quarter one year ago, but increased quarter-over-quarter. And as with the average sale price, the median sale price was at its highest level compared with the first two quarters of the year.
