Newport Shores is located on the west side of Newport Beach and literally across Coast highway from one of the finest beaches in Newport Beach. Shanghai Pine Garden Restaurant 300 Marine Ave Newport Beach, CA   Was downtown Balboa Island just yesterday while looking for a place to eat, we came upon a older looking Chinese restaurant and rolled the dice. It paid off! My guest and I left very satisfied and full for the grand total of $17.(Not including tip) for the both of us.
