Shanghai Pine Garden Restaurant 300 Marine Ave Newport Beach, CA   Was downtown Balboa Island just yesterday while looking for a place to eat, we came upon a older looking Chinese restaurant and rolled the dice. It paid off! My guest and I left very satisfied and full for the grand total of $17.(Not including tip) for the both of us. Afterwards we checked out a few properties as a potential second home for an out of state client and than just enjoyed the boats and scenery afterwards.
