I have a lot of experience in all areas I deal with foreclosures, reos, and get houses a lot of times before they get in mls. I consider myself an expert in short sales. I net work with many other agents, so I can get homes for my clients, without a bidding war.  I work with a lot of investers, and have been an invester myself.
