Tonight, I decided to make an easy meal and thought how fun it would be to try the olive oil with one of my favorite breads from Trader Joe's.Needless to say, the Olive Oil was fantastic, and this post now focused on the oil and not my meal. Thankful Thursdays: We are so grateful our Central A/C is finally done. Today the technician came back and made sure that the Heating part of the system became functional. The other two guys who came cleaned &vacuumed the ducts. Now we are just waiting for two inspections one of which is the HERS Inspection, and the other is the inspection from the city, that everything was done to code.The difficult part is over, being on standby from 7am to usually 4 pm until they would call it a day or should I say quit for the day.All in all we were very pleased with the workers. Two days remove and install the new equipment by two guys. Then the third day two other guys cleaning the ducts. Of course, a third technician who fixed the heating issues.So, with that said we had the A/C running two days ...

Wordless Wednesdays: just for fun Mac & Cheese flavored popcorn... I do a lot of high-end meals but there are times when I just like playing with food. Now with that said how about making a Kraft's Mac & Cheese flavored Popcorn?Ingredients:1.   1/2 a cup of corn2.  one tablespoon of canola oil3.  two ounces of butter4. bag of Mac & Cheese mixture (use the pasta for something else)5. another four ounces of melted butter.        Bake a half a cup of corn     with the butter and oil.
