Debbie has been involved with the startup and running of several successful businesses both in the US and abroad. She got her real estate license in the late 1970's in Hawaii and has been a rehabber and investor for many years, managing her own rentals as well as working with property managers. Debbie also has a degree from ASU in Nonprofit Management and has been a founding member and board member of nonprofits in Arizona, including Na Leo o ke Kai (the first outrigger canoe club in AZ), and Family Promise - helping first time homeless families in Arizona become self sufficient again with dignity.
Karla recently retired from owning a very successful American Family insurance company in Phoenix for 20 years. She has a tremendous depth of knowledge regarding home insurance and has dealt with just about every issue that could ever come up with a home.
