Part-Time in Real Estate, Really?

Recently I read in a social media real estate forum on Facebook that no real estate agent should be given a part-time license. I too initially wanted to work part-time however the reality quickly set in.In the working world, part-time is considered 30-35 hours. Possibly if a real estate agent is working only with one client, that agent truly may not be working beyond 30-35 hours. However, if a real estate agent is a true professional, 30-35 hours is probably considered a slow week. Here are some, thought not all, daily to weekly activities that professional real estate agents undertake: Answer all emails, texts and calls Respond to comments in Active Rain Submit an blog posting to Active Rain Read latest real estate industry news Research new listings for existing clients Send research...
