Recently I read in a social media real estate forum on Facebook that no real estate agent should be given a part-time license.  I too initially wanted to work part-time however the reality quickly set in.In the working world, part-time is considered 30-35 hours.  Possibly if a real estate agent is working only with one client, that agent truly may not be working beyond 30-35 hours. On my father’s side, I was a first generation Swede. My Swedish grandmother was a woman of deep faith and a long time member of the Lutheran faith.As I grew up in Hammond, IN, I attended First United Lutheran Church Sunday School and services with my parents. My father was an elder of the church.During junior high I was confirmed via Luther’s Small Catechism and experienced my first communion. After my daughter was baptized and grew older, I introduced her to the Lutheran faith. Later when she was also in junior high, we searched for a new home church. Life for real estate agents and others is indeed crazy busy. Between phone calls, texts emails, physical showings, paperwork, the minutes quickly slip by.Yet, we as professional real estate agents appreciate those who show us that they care by sending us their gratitude through handwritten notes to written recommendations on various websites. Then if we appreciate those efforts of gratitude, maybe we should also show we care.This past week was very hectic with two septic inspections in Golden Valley, AZ as well as a tie down installation for a manufactured home.
