Here is the most recent Ahwatukee AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for December 2022:  After reaching an all-time high of $701,303 in May, the average sales price of homes in Ahwatukee had fluctuated up and down but has decreased for two straight months to end the year. The average sales price of Ahwatukee homes has reached a new all-time low for 2022 of $531,644 in December.
