I believe that the purchase of a home, whether it is your first home, investment home, or your vacation home, is very special. Each transaction is equally as important and deserving of my full attention. It takes full attention in the current market as there are no longer "cookie cutter" loans: i.e, loans that just fit in easily to the lenders profile. No, that is not how it is now. Every detail must be reviewed documented and cross checked. You need to work with someone that has that expertise and years of experience to guide your transaction through the process and when it gets tough, that individual must have the courage and know how to go to bat for you and make your position clear to the underwriter. I do that and also have the staff members available to negotiate and go to bat for you and your profile as well. I am persistant with all my loans. I believe in each one of them and will " go to the mat" on your behalf with the lenders. Why would you trust the largest purchase of your life to any one less qualified or recognized? I started in the business and for years specialized in conventional mortgages and then added serving the industry in government loans, FHA, VA and USDA. My expertise is in my communications with the buyers to see exactly what their true financial profile is and fitting them to the most appropriate loan, whether it is conventional or government loan. I can provide expertise in what types of programs and downpayments are the most appropritate for the buyers whether they are first time buyers or self-employed. I believe in building a plan so if there is a flaw, we take the time and work out the flaws until at some point in time the individuals can purchase the appropriate house with the correct purchase plan and financing. Then it is my expertise in communicating that same vision of your profile and who you are as a borrower to the underwriters.
