Interviewing a Listing Agent If you are a seller and planning on interviewing agents, I have found that this is a great tool to help keep you on track. 10 Questions every Seller should ask an Agent before hiring them to list their house! 1. Are you a Realtor? Realtors answer to a Code of Ethics, not just the laws of Virginia. 2. Are you a full-time agent? In this market agents need to be on the cutting edge of the industry.  Generally, full-time agents are able to dedicate all of their time and attention to their clients. 3. What have you done to shift your business for the current market? Agents need to recognize that this market is different from anyone that we have ever seen.   The old ways of sticking a sign in the yard, putting the listing in the MLS, and Praying just won’t cut it... 10/27/2010

False Cape a Virginia State Park   False Cape is a Virginia State Park in Virginia Beach located between Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and North Carolina.   There is no vehicular access to this park.  The park covers  4,321 acres on a barrier spit between the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay to the west. Top Real Estate Firms in Virginia Beach is not that easy to determine.  Mainly because most agents are independent contractors and don't necessarily own any shares of the actual firm.  Keller Williams Town Center in Virginia Beach is a little different.  Keller Williams agents are also owners in the firm.  Because Keller Williams profit shares to its agents they take ownership and actually participate in the financial being of the market center.  If the market center makes a profit then the agents that participate also make a profit.  This profit comes from the owners not from the agents.  This is why Keller Williams agents share their business strategies with each other, they know that if the market center is profitable then they will be rewarded through profit sharing.  Does this mak... 10/20/2010

If you are planning going on safari or taking pictures of your next listing Check Out The Panasonic DMC FZ 100 As some of you know I am the proud owner of bridge camera from Panasonic called the DMC FZ 18.  This is the first generation compact superzoom camera.  Panasonic has upped the ante with its newest entry the DMC FZ 100 and taken away its biggest flaw for me which was it didn't allow for an external flash.   The DMC FZ 100  has a lens that goes from 25mm to 600mm and with my Olympus lens that will give me about 18 mm for inside shoots.  You can now shoot 11 fps at full image quality and at 600 mm zoom you can take some sweet pictures.
