Although our Realtor tour has been shelved while the program is revamped here in Bastrop County two local agents put together a lunch tour of  two homes for sale in the Circle D Subdivision here in Bastrop County today.  It was really nice of the  listing agents to have lunch available for us so we could do business and eat at the same time.  We Realtors love to multi task!   First house we saw as at 144 Firetower.  Very well kept home built in 2005 on 3/4 of an acre.  The second home located at 100 Pine Path was larger at 2905 sq. ft. built in 1999 on almost 4 acres.  Very different.  One had a beautiful manicured private back yard, the other had a large lot filled with nature and pine trees.  Amazing how very different two homes can be within just a mile or so of each other in the sam... 07/27/2012
