I am a resident of the City of Fayetteville in Fayette County TX. I work a broad area in Central and South Central Texas providing professional real estate services to buyers and sellers in my home town, county, and surrounding counties. They are all filled with beautiful farm and ranch land, dotted with quaint little towns, and surrounded by three of the best cities in the country.
I love working with Buyers and Sellers helping them meet their real estate goals. Over the years I have built, bought, or sold vintage and historic homes, eco friendly and green homes, acreage properties that include all types of farming and ranching, and of course horse properties both large and small as a horse property specialist. For years I bred quality performance bred Paint horses.
I have a side-kick/sudo real estate assistant named Stew D Baker, my two legged chihauhua. When it is appropriate he attends showings and closings. He is well loved and has his own Facebook and Instagram pages.
One thing I have learned in life is it is important to "give back" I will dontate up to donate up to three percent of my earned commissions to the charity of my Client's choice. Work with me and help me make a difference!
