I own an airbnb. Since Coronavirus hit, I went from being booked at 90% occupancy for March and April to 10% occupancy due to cancellations related to everything that is going on. A lot of Airbnb owners are hurting from this and airbnb made all the cancellations 100% refundable regardless of the Airbnb owner's refund policies. My suggestion would be to find an Airbnb on the affordable side and make them an offer at 50 to 70% of their normal rate. Especially if they're looking at needing it for a semi-extended period of time. A two week guest at 50-70% is better than an empty house to many of them.

We had planned on relaxing at our Lake Tahoe timeshare in April. That is not going happen. The travel and leisure industry is getting killed due to the Coronovirus.

Yes I have one place I use every time I'm in Honolulu. It's called the Fairway Villa Hotel. They charged $25 per night for a studio. Good luck.

They have a  big housing shortage in Hawaii.  On the other hand, everyone is cancelling reserversations including Airbb so who knows.  Did you hear that from Thursday Hawaii is quaranteeing every arrival for 14 days? Don't know how they will enforce that but...

I have an uncle with rentals in Hilo, however it looks like you already have plenty of suggestions here already.
