I'm the owner of Allstar Home Mortgage located in Sweetwater, Tennessee. I started my company with the idea that customers needed be able to find an honest lender, that cares about their interests, without having to pay for it with higher rates. With a local bank, you get honesty, but their rates are higher. With a mortgage broker, you get better rates, but it seems that you are talking with a salesman instead of a financial adviser. People deserve honest straight forward information without feeling they are being taken advantage of.
