I know folks who like their own FB post to tweak the algorithm, if that is true IDK.
In here, it's to put your answer at the top of the feed bc people will automatically upvote the top of the feed whether it is a worthy contribution or not.

I don't upvote anyone who does that as I feel they have done my job for me. I express silent appreciation. LOL
