If the listing is yours ... yes.  If not, I would get written permission from the listing agent. If you are not licensed in the State ... I would check the rules in your state before posting. 

If the listing is yours, I would think you want to share it with as many people as possible.  Blog on....but remember unless you are a Rainmaker, the public won't see it.   

What do you mean by real estate consultant? Do you mean you are a real estate agent or broker? I'm not aware of any legal status of "consultant." If you are an agent or broker and a member of Active Rain, you can certainly post your own listings.

Yes you can!  If it's your listing, feel free to blog away.  If it's someone else's listing, get their permission first.

Unless you're a rainmaker, your blog won't be visible to the outside world.  Regardless of your status, we'll still see it.

Speaking of your profile, it would be beneficial for you to complete the profile section so people have a better idea of who you are and what services you offer.

If it's your listing.  And if it's your listing, I assume you have a real estate salesperson license in the state of Texas (or wherever the property is located)!

You would need to consult the law in Texas regarding whether you can post listings in your capacity as a real estate consultant.
