if I had one, I certainly would.... we don't use flyers.... we use an 11" x 14" sheet of quality stock; fold it to create 4 sides for an approx. 8" x 10" brochure for our listings!!!!  much better than a flyer.... and one page is used for the agent's photo in an oval frame in the center of the front page plus brief contact info...the other three pages are for the listing....photos and bullet points...easy to read...colorful.... and we use it for every listing....

Brian England - never used Microsoft Publisher for creating listing flyers. Have you tried ListingsToLeads (my referral link with 21 days free trial)?

It's lot more than just eFlyers! I blog about my listing using this service. You can get a single property website, free virtual tour, Youtube video and lot more!

Mine are customized in such a way that I don't believe you would be able to use as a template similar to what Michael Jacobs does.  My goal is that it won't look like a template. Make sense?
