We do not have the same closing. On the last day of escrow, a buyer agent just picks up all keys and hands them to a buyer. If I represent buyer I usually meet buyers at the property with a bottle of champagne.

They only need their ID for the Notary at the signing. Keys, etc. are not provided until we actually close escrow which can be days or weeks later. Most will wire funds to escrow otherwise a certified check.
