I currently reside in Ronkonkoma and have lived here for 23 years. Prior to that, I lived in Jamaica and Kew Gardens, Queens, Kings Park, Brooklyn, and Harlem. I have been married for 24 years and have two sons, Nick and Tyler. I started in the business a little over 10 years ago. I was fortunate enough to enjoy tremendous success working part time in my first three years which encouraged me to quit my profession and concentrate on real estate full time. I was promoted to assistant manager and then manager of my old brokerage before I moved to Keller Williams. I take a great deal of pride in my work ethic, professionalism and honesty.
I have several designations: I am an associate broker with Keller Williams; a Certified Buyer Representative and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. As office manager, I recruit, train and support the agents in my office. Since taking over my office I have doubled the agent population and dramtically increased the office production. As a Certified Buyer Representative, I can act as a buyer's broker to ensure that my buyers get the best home at the best value. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I can assist seniors make decisions regarding their living situations as well as describe the parameters of 1031 exchanges, reverse mortgages, and capital gains issues many seniors face. As a listing agent, I utilize my area expertise to ensure that my clients homes will be priced to sell at the highest dollar value possible and come through with my "Action Plan" to provide those services that will enable me to sell their homes as quickly as possible.
