With over 21 years in the real estate industry, 30 years of ministry and community service, I understand the needs of how to help people achieve their goals.

I am the Broker in Charge at Shepherd Real Properties. I am also an approved education provider in North Carolina. Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina. My goals are to help individuals and families find the home of their dreams. I handle their greatest concerns, as well as the smallest one buying and selling real estate.

I can assist with securing financing, insurance, home warranties, manage trust accounts, title transfers, escrow, disclosures and POAs for absentee parties. I have also sold, leased and managed commercial properties. I enjoy assisting with short sales, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures. I have negotiated terms, contracts, analyzed agreements and explained programs, regulations and evaluations.

Represented buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in a broad range of corporate, commercial, retail and residential matters. Sold, managed and leased commercial and residential properties, short sales, foreclosures, negotiated terms and contracts, analyzed agreements, explained programs, regulations, evaluations, terms, timeframes, responsibilities, purposes, agency, ethics, obligations, compensations, conveyances and warranties. Managed trust accounts, title transfers, escrow, contracts, disclosures, advertising, marketing, power of attorneys, promoted buyer and seller interests, using zip-forms, Excel and Word resulting in a grade A in record keeping and maintaining a trust account that meets and exceeds criteria from the NC Real Estate Commission.
