| If Amelia & Randall would've never told me all about the benefits of buying a home, educated me on the home loan process, and found a home for me that matched all of my needs - I would still be renting a 900 sq ft apartment with no garage. Instead I have a 1700 sq. ft 2-story, with 3 beds, 2.5 bath, 2-car garage, and my own small yard. | Negotiated Short Sale, sold Condo in Mukilteo, WA in 2012 Randall and Amelia are shortsale and distressed property experts. They literally got both of my mortgages to waive the entire deficiency of over $110,000. I had moved to California in early 2010 for a career opportunity and had been trying to sell this condo since April of 2010. Nobody could get it done for me and I had started my life over already in California. I was struggling to figure out what to do when Randall and Amelia were referred to me from a family member. They were the answer to all of my problems. They immediately took over the situation and called my bank for me. I never had to think about it again, they handled everything and gave me the peace of mind I needed all while keeping me in the loop every step of the way. They got a pre-approved listing price from the bank, put it on the market in August of 2012. Had an offer within 4 days! That deal fell apart from the buyers financing. Brought another buyer and offer within 20 days and we closed in October of 2012. They wrapped up a 2year headache, in 60 days! If you need anything in real estate, call Randall and Amelia. | I was renting in a neighborhood where I raised my kids for 15 years. I really just did see how I could buy a house in order to create a home and stop wasting money. I wanted to have an investment and start gaining equity. I also considered the tax benefits I could get by purchasing a house. I would consider myself stubborn when it comes to learning new things I don’t know about, but Amelia made everything so easy and clear, that I immediately recognized it as a no-brainer to buy my first home. | Simply put, we chose to use Amelia to sell our house for her undeniable work-ethic and commitment to getting the job done right the first time. In Early 2008 when the housing market had really taken a turn for the worst, nobody really knew about short sales. Amelia took the listing head on, negotiated with the bank when they weren’t even negotiating, and got the house sold for a good price and we were able to get out and move forward with our life. Thanks to Amelia, we weren’t crushed like millions of Americans and we were able to rebuild very quickly. If you want a REALTOR you can trust and depend on from initial consult through to closing. | Amelia is the best! She goes the extra mile for her clients every step of the way. I recommend her to anyone in the real estate market, I don’t have to ever look for a realtor again! I was a first time homebuyer so naturally I had a ton of questions about the whole home buying process. Not to mention this was a shortsale. Amelia took all the time I needed to help educate me along the way and answer every question I had. When we were looking at homes she always had the investment side, and the HOME side of the transaction completely covered. I had a very specific location and style of condo in my criteria and Amelia was able to find me multiple options and was very patient throughout the process. | Amelia is the true definition of a Local Market Expert. She was not only able to find me the perfect home, but also negotiate the price down $30,000 and got me $5,000 cash back at closing. One of the most impressive things was that the property had multiple offers. I don’t know how she did it! I never had to wait more than an hour or so to hear back either by phone or email which was awesome. In the past, with other realtors II sometimes waited days. I would highly recommend Amelia to anyone that I know and I will definitely use her again. She is the one I'll call when it’s time to sell and buy another home. Amelia is the best! |
