Closed Unit-Sales Ease; While Sales Prices Halt their Retreat this month for Camas WA Real Estate in December 2021 This month we see prices stop their near-term skid, and resume their rise at a modest pace; ending the year $109k higher than last year. Closed Unit-Sales are still easing; likely owing to the super low Active Inventory. Unit-Sales End the Year Strong; with Sales Prices Powering to another New High Level for Battle Ground WA Real Estate in December 2021 Battle Ground has closed out the year with a continued hot real estate market with prices rising at a 21%+ pace. The number of Unit's Sold was 13%+ higher (75 units) than last year; and ended the year with the Super Low 0.3 Month's worth of Inventory. Here are the highlights for this month's report: The 3-Month Moving Average Sales Price increased by approximately $22k and is now $625,650 which is 21.52% higher than last year; with the 12-Month Moving Average now at $584,763 or, 23.01% compared to last year.  The Inventory level for Resale Homes at any one time is now at a record low, 0.3 Month's of Supply.  Approximately 66 Pre-owned Homes closed this ...

Much Slower Unit Sales, with Slower-to-Stalled Price Rise for Vancouver WA in December 2021. As we complete the final month of the year we see typical slowing in Unit-Sales with Prices the softest we've seen in a long time; with extremely Record-Low Active Inventory. Mortgage rates remain moved up slightly to 3.10% Real estate Prices in Vancouver WA slowed their rise to less-than $3k above last month (up 15.58%+ year-over-year). Here are the highlights for this month: 435 Resale Residential Properties closed this month, which is 10 more (2.35%) compared to the same month last year; and 7 more than last month.   The 3-Month Moving Average Price Trend rose to a new high, and is now at $492,246, with a year-over-year gain of 15.58% ; with the 12-Month Moving Average at 17.40%.  Short Sale...
