I have been living in the Hancock Park - Beverly and La Brea neighborhood of Los Angeles for over 25 years. I am very community oriented and love to help people with the skills that I have. I come from a teaching and art background. It help my clients in both areas. I have the patience to explain to them the difficult contract pages they have to approve and sign. They also gain from my visual ability to see the potential of each property and implementing my ideas to improve their property. For a seller, it translates into more money when the property is presented under the best lighting. I listen to what people need and suggest to them accordingly. For sellers,I am here to help sort out the maze of properties and investments available. It is true that so much is available online but it would be a big waste of time and energy to look at everything in the wrong place.
