Do you trust your Real Estate broker? What skills, experience, expertise, personality and competence level do you expect? Now how do you find that Agent? Please don't tell me you hire the first person that answers the phone! I strongly recommend that you interview more than one agent, ask tough questions and don't be afraid to hire the best. As a professional full-time Real Estate Broker/Agent, I spend part of every day learning something that will benefit you; legal issues, internet functions and features, unique marketing ideas, financing solutions, negotiation strategies and good old fashioned input from other successful Realtors. As a seasoned veteran of this business, I experience daily changes to the Real Estate Market.
