Chuck Kendall has worked in commercial real estate finance, capital and development since 1965. He has owned an FHA multifamily lender and worked for several FNMA DUS and FHA multifamily lenders, He has developed apartment buildings, worked for a pension fund advisor and been on several ULI Multifamily Counsels.  He currently in charge of correspondent lender relationships, multifamily development advisory services and a FHA multifamily and healthcare loan originator.

Scott Kendall joined Chuck in the 1980 was a FHA multifamily and Healthcare loan originator. He joined the Chicago Regional Office of FNMA in 1992 and was responsible for recomending Multifamily Affordable Housing Transactions and a New DUS Lender Approval as well as hundreds on millions on DUS loan reviews and MBS SWAP reviews.  He has worked for several FHA and FNMA DUS Lenders and Kensington Realty Advisors working on conventional debt, mezzanine debt and equity placements. He is charge of conventional loans, FHA 223(f), FHA 221(d)4 and 232 loans.

He also works on equity placements, TIF transactions, LIHCT transaction, Tax-exempt Bond Transactions, Office, Retail and Hotel transactions.
