I did things somewhat backwards...

I began as an investor in distressed single family properties years ago before I decided getting my real estate license was a great thing to do.  Typically I see that happening after someone's been in the real estate business awhile.  Looking back - it was the best experience I could have ever had.  Dealing with the issues that are so prevalent these days with distressed properties, those years as an investor have been invaluable!

My training as a Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist only add to my arsenal of tools and strategies to help buyers and sellers, and distressed sellers, in this tenuous market. 

I have bought and sold homes across the Portland metro area, and represented both buyers and sellers in single family, multi-and attached family property transactions.
