I have been conducting Real Estate over the past 7 years and have done close to a 100 transactions since then. I am very honest, reliable & punctual Realtor. I would go above and beyon the normail procedure to close escrow and make my clients happy for life. Once we are in escrow that is when the fun starts. I know about properties before they ever get listed and I use my sources to get an offer accepted before the property is placed on the MLS. It gives the buyers a huge advantage to avoid competition and to buy a property at market value. I have over 10 properties that are currenly not listed and availbe to be sold.

From 2004 to 2011 nominated the companies Top Sales Realtor. 

In 2012 I was selected to be nominated to the Glendale Board of Realtors Grievance Committe.
