In a day and an age when we work hard, and I mean really hard, why is it that we have to shake our heads in disbelief, and wonder what it takes to get others on the same page? Hence, there still are times in the Waukesha County Real estate market that I see the emergence of the Proverbial Dog and Pony Show. A few examples:1.) I go and reconfirm my appointment an hour away. When I was younger and would hang out with my grandmother driving her nuts she would often suggest I go mow the yard, pull weeds, or do some physical work so I could appreciate a good days work. Often I would look in her refrigerator for food and comment that her ice box should be colder.
