This weekend is the Winthrop Hot Air Balloon Roundup.  Beautifully colored hot air balloons will be floating the skies over Winthrop and around the Valley Friday, March 2nd through Sunday, March 4th.Read more about it in the local Methow Valley News! We still have almost 2 feet of snow on the level and skiing should be great.  The blue skies and snow capped peaks also provide incredible photo opportunities.  Eagles can be sited along the river as well as both white tail and mule deer.  Some even in the streets!! Investment inventory for real estate continues to decline.  There are still some great buys like this cabin in Mazama located in the Edelweiss Division.  Cozy for 2 yet comfortable for a crew!  Click Here for more info and pictures. Have a great weekend! 03/02/2007
