Village Creek homes are selling like hotcakes as demand is HIGH and supply is LOW.   A total of 19 Village Creek homes SOLD during the second quarter of 2014!!  Five one-stories and fourteen two-stories comprised the list of homes changing ownership.     Of the 5 one-stories sold, the average price/Sq. ft. was $100, with the greatest price/Sq. ft. came in at $119! Prices ranged from $192,620 up to $337,500.   Of the 14 two-stories sold, the average price/Sq. ft. was $90, and the highest price/Sq. ft. was $105! Two-story home prices ranged from $234,900 up to $350,000.   Village Creek is a well-maintained community with easy access to Highway 249, plenty of jogging trails, parks, community pool, and splash pad.   Life is good in Village Creek!  :)
