Homes in Tomball ISD on Large Lots - Tomball Hills     Tomball Hills is a very small community with beautiful mature trees. It has approx. 130 homes. The lots are larger than in a lot of the newer subdivisions. Lots are typically 10,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft., with the majority being 10,000 to 15,000 sq. ft. Most homes in Tomball Hills were built in the 80's, a few in the 90's.   The Real Estate Market: During the first six months of 2012, most of the homes that went on the market were going under contract in less than 30 days, some in less than a week.   Rosewood Hill Tomball TX Market Report Rosewood Hill is located to the west of Tomball in Northwest Harris County. It is conviently located off of 2920 with easy access to SHW 249 to the east and 290 to the west.  Rosewood Hill is a small country subdivision with approximatly 300 homes.  Most of the homes are on wooded one acre lots but there are some larger home sites.  It was one of the first communities developed by Jack Frey.  Current sale prices range from $175,000 to $425,000.  The homes range in age from 1979 to 2003  There are towering pines and hardwoods throughout the subdivision.
