TMobile advertised it had the fastest 5G in most places. I wanted good and reliable phone service. I bought their bate and switched. I soon learned my iphone did not work at my house. I live in the Casa Marina area of Key West. Big lots, open sky, not a lot of people. I had to stand outside of my house to talk on it. I had to stand in a specific spot and face south so that the person on the other end of the phone could hear me. Outside my kitchen window last year - hoping I'm not French  Many of my readers and customers who send me emails know that I have a terrible sleeping problem which stems from a fall I took a couple of years back while showing a bank owned property in Key West. I ended up in the Lower Keys Hospital with a concussion. I'm okay, now, but I did take a big spill. Damned cheap banks that don't take care of their bank owned homes! Anyway, if you have ever suffered a concussion you know that one of many symptoms can be a sleeping disorder. That is my long term and seemingly ever-lasting legacy of the tumble. For a while a would go to sleep around 6:00 to 7:00 PM and then wake up at midnight or shortly thereafter. Now my sleep is finally getting back... 12/02/2021

I blogged about 1420 Whalton Street a couple of times over the past five years. It was a mid-century house located in one of the best locations in Key West. I showed the place to several people who hemmed and hawed. They had reservations. I told them to buy it, rent it, and bank the place. I said it would only go up in value. I was told that the guy that owns the house across the street bought it to prevent someone from building a monster house on the lot. He paid $1,182,747 or $277 per sq ft in March 2020. Then he took the house down, filled in the pool, and put up a fence to keep people out. I was in Colorado on September 20th of this year when the new owner listed this same lot for sale at $1,450,000.
