I've had that happen on occasion when a spammer signs on, comments and is smited by ARMS before I get a chance to read their comment... and I guess their comment gets smited along with them.

I'm saying they thought it was spam. That's the problem with letting outsiders comment on your posts. I don't think it happens all that often so I never thought it a problem.
