Hi, I am a Real Estate Broker and I own two Brokerages and surrounded myself with the best agents I could find/recruit. I started in this industry in 1986 as a Loan Officer for Security Pacific Bank. I have worked for Mortgage Bankers and Mortgage Brokers as well. Currently, I am a Realtor, a similar but different path in this industry I switched to back in 2001, as I wanted a career change. Just as in lending, it is a huge sense of satisfaction to help clients get to where they want to go and make the transaction smooth and effortless.

I hold several NAR designations, and am proud of all of them. I have become a True Believer in organized real estate, as the concept of unorganized real estate is appalling to me. I was the real estate instructor at Gavilan College and enjoy doing that as it gives me a chance to get away from the phones for a while.

| I bought my home through Gary. His knowledge of the Eagle Ridge Golf Community was superior to those agents I had met at open houses while visiting this great golf community. He also referred me to an agent to sell my house who was great as well. Highly recommended to use him. He lives in the community and actually was aware that my house (that I bought) was soon going on the market so we just swooped down and got it. Great transaction. |
