Lots and lots and lots of CASH buyers continue to flood into Florida. I see no reduction in demand for homes.
On the other end there looms a homeless crisis as those on fixed income must deal with exploding insurance costs and/or HOA fees that will put them in peril.
The fallout of the Champaigne Tower collapse will have a big impact on those 55+ communities on land lease real estate. The expiries on the land lease are on the horizon. These folks don' t even have the 'reverse mortgage' option because of the land lease. A...nother crisis is forming.
