I get "unauthorized" when I click on the link.

This is news to me. Then again, my "typical" buyer is not low income. I think the issue now for any FHA type loan is that many sellers don't consider offers from borrowers who need that kind of loan.

This should and will help a lot of people, most certainly in re-fi.

This is good news for a group of people who have been overlooked too long and can benefit from refinancing. Too bad it only applies to single family homes as there are a lot of low income folks in condos and townhouses who could benefit from it.

Since the point of this program is to lower the monthly payments of existing low income borrowers, I do not see a downside.
