It depends on the seller, most often twice a week although i have a seller now who wants daily updates. I like to practice where i update them of a showing and after showing and encourage them to email me with any questions

Bare minimum for me is a once a week email reporting their listing stats and  etc. I usually always either email, or now a days a text seems to be preferred, with showing feedback immediately so I might be touching base with my sellers a few times a week. If it's slow, I try to email with updates on my marketing.

Hi Ginger - Active sellers get a written report on everything going on with their listing once a week, and a least one follow-up phone call. Early in opur careers, a seller told us that his last agent put a sign in the yard and he never heard from him until it was time to relist. His anger made a big impression.
