Ginger active sellers get 'touched' once or twice a week - more if needed. Once it closes we keep in touch monthly with all our clients.
Before the close, as often as needed and after the close every month or so.
It depended on the circumstances but at least once a week. Almost always a phone call.
All of the above.
We email weekly, call when we need to share something with them, and we also have seller calendar we share with them so they can see their marketing.
Our homes are not on the market much more than a weekend, so get to talk with them lots.
It depends on the seller and the particular reason for contacting the seller.
I have buyers, I reach out after the intial visit once a week , then monthly or til they buy a home!
Minimum of once a week and usually more often.
Weekly or as the need arises, whichever is first. Once they become a past client, monthly.
Depends on the seller and the complexity of a transaction... sometimes multiple times a day via emails and calls and texts. And sometimes, not for days at a clip.
Once a week using their preferred method of contacct!
Depends but at minimum several times a week
Often and especially when I have an offer
It depends on the seller, most often twice a week although i have a seller now who wants daily updates. I like to practice where i update them of a showing and after showing and encourage them to email me with any questions
A weekly touch is a must
They get an email once a week; phone call as needed
Bare minimum for me is a once a week email reporting their listing stats and etc. I usually always either email, or now a days a text seems to be preferred, with showing feedback immediately so I might be touching base with my sellers a few times a week. If it's slow, I try to email with updates on my marketing.
Ginger Harper - at least once a week during the transaction. A phone call is preferred method. (This is on top of the regular email update on listing activities.) No letters, though.
Once a month in some mode
It's called prospecting, and you have to do it pretty constantly.
We reach out once per week via email.
As often as needed, minimum once a week for active listings. Telephone.
As often as needed. Some require several times a week and others not so often.
Often during the week. After closing once a month.
Active sellers twice a week, their preferred method of communication. Email them Monday morning with all the stats(# views online, feedback from showings) and either call or text just to keep in touch on Fridays.
Only when it is lining up or in the flow then I go with it
Well it depends. I had one seller that didn't want to be bothered very much. I talked with him about once a month. For most sellers I do weekly calls.
Once a week unless directed otherwise.
I would establish a communication schedule at the time of the listing - based on what the sellers want and they way they want it.
Just when we have something important to say.
I try to customize it for the individual seller. Though, it's usually a minimum of once a week.
Hi Ginger - Active sellers get a written report on everything going on with their listing once a week, and a least one follow-up phone call. Early in opur careers, a seller told us that his last agent put a sign in the yard and he never heard from him until it was time to relist. His anger made a big impression.
