Our mls ( mrisblog.com ) made it available a year or so ago. Now there is a HomesnapPro, and Homesnap is teaming up with ShowingTime as well. I wouldn't rush to set it up, but it can be useful for some things. I get emails just about everyday with updates on listings. http://www.homesnap.com/pro

It has been around for 2 yrs. Like Z but does not sell your face by zip code.
Their revenue is device level appls from different mls. They can post your listing on FB ad for a steep fee.
Somehow a lady has connected me from my cell phone and I am having problem getting rid it and endless listing not belonging to her. She has no listing and I called support they can not figure it out.

We have been in the Homesnap program for months now and it is very useful seeing a compliation of reduced homes, pendings, withdrawns, etc. The idea though is that they want you to boost your posts when one of your listings sell etc. for a fee of course.

Have heard of it and looked at it but not convinced I need it. Not a benefit for us, yet.

We have "Find" which has the national data too. Seems like it was a put in place as a bandaid for leaving the southern california data share. No idea what I'd need it for, like RPM as well. Tried to play with it but found it too cumbersome.

A new name that i seem to be hearing a lot in the last two days, perhaps it is time to see what it is.

I downloaded the phone app and have used it when out, but honestly, I keep forgetting its there and I don't really know the extent of what I am supposed to do with it.
One thing it does have that I do think is very cool is a Safety Timer...you can start a safety timer at a showing and if you do not extend or shut it off at the right time, it sends an alert to your emergency contacts - and they will know from what location the alert came. Hopefully I don't ever have to worry about that, but it's a nice feature.
The last time I was having my hair done, I was playing around with it because my hair stylist asked if anything was for sale near her shop...I was able to pull it up and find everything nearby...seems to have a fair amount of info, too, so that was cool.
I am on device and info overload, to be honest. I'm sure I could find value for it if I took the time, but right now, I just do not have the time or energy left for one.more.shiny.thing. (My attitude may change tomorrow...I am just tired this morning. LOL)

We've had it for awhile but I haven't found a reason to routinely use it yet. I have heard it's good for walking property lines....

Lyn Sims - our MLS provides the agent with 1000 subscribers to HomeSnap PRO - so not sure if it is first in the country...
I have been using it for a while now. Though not many buyers really are interested in it.

I have not heard of it, but probably will see them at the NAR Convention in Orlando.

I have used it with my clients. Its branded to you and they can communicate directly with you via the app. I use it to encourage them to get off the Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia apps by telling them it has the most current information fed by the MLS. Some use it and some don't. That's mainly what I use it for.

First in the country, in IL? I'm in CA and we also have a free MLS benefit: HomeSnap.

No, not yet. Will look into it though and see if our board is recommending it.
