Around 7am

I'm just up now at 9:30   That's why I'm self employed - to work the hours that work for me.   I'm enjoying my coffee, reading emails and AR.  I have found that nothing good happens early in the morning.  Rarely would an appointment be made prior to 10 am but all the good stuff happens in the evenings.   I live a happy, stressfree life and haven't worn a watch or set an alarm in decades. 

I'm up by 4am most days and at my desk by 6:30am. I always check overnight emails and messages first.

Usually around 04:30 and at the office around 07:30.  Sometimes I leave at 2-3 PM sometimes it's a lot later

4:30 A.M.  Coffee , check emails etc,  see what kind of questions Bob, Joe, Michael and Larry asked for starters. After breakfast, a 1.5 mile walk in the park, then start my work day by 8 A.M. until whenever it takes.

Good morning Stefan. 4 AM everyday for me, two hours of social media, then 45 minutes of workout, big breakfast, as which point I am well tuned.

Can't do the coffee, but teas works very well for me.

I'm usually on the computer checking emails by 8AM.  I then check my Top Producer for and appointments, then the MLS for new listings and to see which sent emailed MLS listings have been opened and which have not.  I then begin following up with present clients in escrow, set up showing and go over the weeks appointments.  I'll check Facebook and post on all 3 pages if there is something to post.  I check for new listings about every hour or two if I'm not away on appointments.  There are about 40 saved searches in the MLS to update clients should a new or changed listing hit the market.  The computer is my career.

I normally get up around six. I check emails. I have a relaxing morning unless the phone starts ringing right away, and sometimes it does. I like to get into the office around nine. 

For me it is usually what time did I go to sleep and then what time I get up.  My alarm is set for 7 am, sometimes I sleep in to 8.

Up and at-em at 7 am, get ready and have my coffee about 8 am and then I'm ready to go by 8:30 am

I like to live life.  Some days I get up early and most days I get up around 6 and go for a walk, come home and shower...make 2 or 3 eggs and 2 pieces of 10 grain dry toast and coffee and make the long trk to the office around 8... (I built an office into my home when we built the house 12 years ago!!) I quit when I am ready...some days early some days on the computer late.  If a farmer or client 100 miles away wants to meet at 6am...I simply leave early... and work my way home...if he wants to meet at 6pm...I work my way there...and drive home after. One caveat: I never....I mean never...miss a family event or church. They are way more important than any listing or potential sale.

I get up about 8, but I am typically at work until 7 pm. I am working within 15 minutes of getting up. For years (when my kids were in school) I was up at 6, but that ended when I became an empty nester.

0511 am (alarm got set for that time years ago and i left it lol)  start work like 15 min later after getting coffee going. stop the day at appx 730 to 8 pm. pretty much 7 days a week :)

On most days I set my alarm for 7 AM. I work the morning, then take a gym break in the early afternoon. I then work the 4-8 pm time frame and call it a day.

depends on the day, 4am to 7pm never later i average 5am because my internal clock just goes off; i try to stop by 6pm and go to bed early most of the time, great question have a super week

Five in the morning...exercise first and then I get going with my day. A lot gets done that way.

Stefan Winter more of a personal choice. I am late night person and still attend the home inspection at 8 AM, if that's the only time home inspector has.

Successful professional do manage their time well. For someone, being independent contractor means freedom of everything - and eventually, they blame the profession if they are not successful in it.

We work from home so there is no time clock here.  Probably 9ish to 5 but thats not everyday.

My daughter wakes me up every morning at 6:00, and asks me to make her a breakfast. I am with her and her brother until about 7:30 making breakfasts and doing a general clean up.

During the summer, I usually get to the office between 9:00 and 10:00. But summer ends tomorrow for my son, who returns to school and second grade. For the school year, I arrive at the office at about 8:30 in the morning, and get to work.

Most of the time I am up between 5-5:30.  I try not to start real estate until 8:30 - but usually start a lot earlier than that.  I just send out my emails and not making calls, unless I know the client is an early riser and there is something urgent.  

The earlier, the better. I feel more productive in the morning, especially if I get my exercise or tennis in early.

I'm up at 5:00am every morning and online shortly after....I market all day....online and offline.... my day stops at 6:00pm  or 7:00pm...brain dead after that....and time for this old goat to wind-down.....

Up early working late.  Hours vary with business for me.
