posts that teach...posts that an agent can walk away learning something new...or another version of something they knew....or a refresher lesson on something they are well aware of....with clean, crisp photos.... and that's an attraction to buyers also...they want to know that the home inspector they are hiring knows what he should know.... and what better way than to read it in a blog post when they google the inspectors name....the keywords need to have the home inspector's company name in it....there should be pages of it....just my opinion... and you know, I don't know squat.

Good morning Michael.  One that shows a photo and explains what it is along with a statement of why it is an issue.

I like post about issues they see at home inspections and even the most frequesntly found items so sellers can be aware and maybe take care of them before they sell.

What should a Realtor ask while they are shadowing an inspector.  I know it irritates them but oh well.

Michael Thornton I always liked the home inspectors who gave energy saving tips and other tips to the buyers. I would like home owner tips.

I agree with all . Picture and summary pages of past inspections and issues that come up during an inspection.

All as it teaches me of odd problems of homes and allows me to tailor an offer to off set some of the problem.

I like to see stories and photographs from actual inspections. Every inspection has one or more stories.
