| If you are looking for a realtor to sell your property, please consider Warren Smith with Keller Williams Realty. Check out his website and interview him at the very least. I interviewed 3 realtors and Warren was my first choice. There was a close second option, but I think I clearly made the right selection in Warren. Warren did an outstanding job and sold my townhouse in less than 3 months—In contrast to my previous realtor that did not sell my property in an entire year. My previous realtor was a wonderful, very compassionate, likeable and sweet lady—just too passive as a realtor in my opinion. I know the market had changed slightly, but I believe it had far more to do with the fact that Warren: (1) Is much more assertive, and (2) Has a very different philosophy in working with, and for, his clients. Warren is also wonderfUl, compassionate, and likeable, as well as motivated. He only takes 6 to 7 clients at a time, and therefore provides much more personalized service and focused efforts in selling the properties be currently has listed. This was truly a blessing for me, as I lived an hour away from the property I was selling. Warren was willing and able to provide the close, personal service I did not previously receive, and believe I would not have received from any other realtor. Warren is very assertive in his marketing efforts, as well as assertive and very persuasive with buyers. Warren would be my first choice of realtor again if I needed to sell or purchase a home in the Kansas City area. Warren Smith is a man of the utmost integrity, and I highly recommend him without reservation! |

| Malcolm and I began looking for our first home in late January 2010 and had received a suggestion from a friend to try Warren Smith as our agent in representing us as a buyer client. We contacted him and had a good experience looking for homes that met our budget and our requirements. Warren took a personal interest in trying to meet all of our needs, working within our busy work and personal schedules. After closing on our home, he even came out to the home on the first day to make sure everything was complete and move-in ready. About 6 months into owning our home, we needed some assistance with getting in touch with our builder, and Warren, who did not have to help us, spent a good amount of his Sunday and next Monday, helping with our concerns. As first time home buyers, Malcolm and I were very fortunate in having such a resourceful and diligent agent. We would highly recommend Warren Smith to friends and family. Erin A |
