As the first Realtor in the Grass Valley Area to receive the National Association of Realtors GREEN Designation, I am very excited to help families 'go green'. There are simple and inexpensive ways to green up any home, and I enjoy helping folks get started. As a member of the Sierra Green Builders Association, I stay connected with the local professionals and resources needed for adding green features to an existing home, or for building a new home utilizing green technologies and products.
In addition to specializing in the Green aspects of Real Estate, I have earned the CDPE certification, and am an active, certified member of ParntersFirst. Both of the these programs have been instrumental in my success working with distressed property sales. Helping homeowners find options to foreclosure is very rewarding to me. One option to foreclosure is the short sale. Although working with short sales is very time intensive and requires extreme attention to detail, I find it remarkably interesting.
