Our Story 

In 1977, the Schmidt family consisting of Mike, Irene, and their baby son Jeremy, moved to Sequim. The mild climate, wonderful people, and abundance of outdoor recreation made sure that they would never leave. Over the years Mike and Irene have watched Sequim grow along with their now four children. The family grew by one more in 2000 with the addition of Jeremy's wife, Tisha, who was born and raised in the neighboring city of Port Angeles. Today Team Schmidt is your local, family guide to buying and selling real estate in Clallam County.
