I have been invesing in real estate for a little over a year and I am eager to get more going. I have some homes which will be built by a local builder in which if we have a buyer before it is built we can make some changes to floor plans that are within reason and the building codes for that county. I treat people with the upmost respect and expect the same from our buyers.
