 Tega Cay, SC Housing Market: May 2025Prices, Sales, Inventory, Days on Market Trends In May 2025, the number of properties for sale in Tega Cay declined by 9.35%, falling from 107 in April to 97. When compared with May 2024, inventory was 29.33% higher than the 75 properties available one year ago. Inventory levels were also higher than in May 2023, when 78 homes were listed for sale. The months supply of inventory in Tega Cay decreased to 4.62 months in May 2025 from 5.25 months in April, keeping Tega Cay a balanced market between home buyers and sellers. New listings in Tega Cay dropped 25.93% from the previous month, falling to 20 from 27. Compared with May 2024, sales were up 35%. Sales were at their highest level in three years. New listings increased a fifth consecutive month, rising 14.47% from April and 48.81% year-over-year reaching 261—higher than May 2023 as well.
