My background encompasses over 20 years of sales, marketing, consulting and project management in a variety of industries.  In addition, I have also operated my own marketing firm.  A native of Pittsburgh, PA, I moved to Myrtle Beach in 2003 to pursue my dream of living near the beach.

The primary focus throughout my career always has been understanding client's needs, providing superior customer service, and exceeding client's expectations.  Going the extra mile during and after completion of a transaction leads to lifetime relationships and friendships. 

My philosophy is not to sell but to listen to and educate clients about the local real estate market, the area, and determine their needs.  My real estate expertise covers amenity projects such as Prince Creek, existing communities and new construction projects along the Grand Strand.  Clients include those relocating to the beach, second home buyers, and investors who are searching for ground-floor opportunities.

As a Certified ePRO Internet Professional, I will employ the latest techniques for my Seller clients such as email blasts, Internet reports, and Web site updates to provide timely information.   I have an integrated marketing plan, which focuses heavily on the Internet for maximum exposure to Buyers. I also utilitze my web site and email blasts to my Buyers with market and real estate info.

 I also am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), which is the benchmark of excellence in "Buyer" representation.  This designation demonstrates commitment to providing outstanding service for my Buyer clients.
